SUMMARY OF JOB
Directs and supervises the activities and support staff assigned to the Diagnostic Radiology Department. Performs related duties and takes full responsibility under the direction of the Department Manager. Performs as a Radiologic Technologist, as needed.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of a two year A.M.A. approved School of Radiologic Technology
Registered as a technologist with the A.R.R.T. (American Registry Radiologic Technology).
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Radiologic Technologist with
knowledge of DNV standards and DOH.
3 to 5 years previous supervisory experience in the Radiologic field.
CPR Certified
Basic knowledge of PC required
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Initiative and independent judgment as well as strong organizational skills.
LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:
A.R.R.T. Certifications
Must maintain 24 CEU's every two (2) years
CPR certified
