As a team member, it will be your job is to provide guests with a remarkable dining experience every day by working as a team to give each guest an expeditious and high-quality personalized experience. We are looking for a qualified and responsible team member to manage all transactions with our customers efficiently and accurately.

A good job candidate is a person who knows their way around a cash register and can easily operate it, together, with a digital offer (QR code) scanner. Their main responsibilities include accepting payments and providing receipts, making sure all transactions run smoothly and every guest is satisfied with the service.

The team member we would like to employ must be able to interact with our guests in a friendly manner and provide genuine hospitality to all guests. Excellent communication skills are paramount to help us continue to delight our guests and provide them with a remarkable experience.

A qualified candidate must also be able to follow instructions, be open to feedback, and be a successful member of our team. Previous experience is an advantage, and solid math and multitasking skills are a must.

Responsibilities of a Team Member:
  • Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises in a friendly manner

  • Be knowledgeable of all products/ingredients on the menu as well as seasonal items
  • Taking guests orders and managing transactions using a POS System
  • Accepting payments in cash or credit
  • Providing correct change and receipts for all guests

  • Resolving customer complaints using the H.E.A.R.D. method (Hear, Empathize, Apologize, Resolve, Delight)
  • Honor and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant

  • Must have DAYSIDE availability (Morning - Afternoon)
  • Must have at least a high school degree

  • MUST have EITHER Friday OR Saturday availability
