Job description


The Warehouse Manager is a hands-on operational leader responsible for all warehouse functions including inbound unloading, receiving, storage, inventory control, and order execution. This role owns picking, staging, loading, and put-away while ensuring inventory accuracy, product condition, and safe operations. The position works in close coordination with the Logistics & Dispatch Manager and Inventory Manager to ensure all inbound and outbound activities are executed accurately and on schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations

• Own all warehouse execution including inbound unloading, picking, staging, loading, and put-away processes

• Ensure all inbound routes and vendor deliveries are unloaded, inspected, and accurately received into inventory

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and order preparation

• Maintain organized layout and efficient product flow

• Ensure all orders are picked, staged, and ready for dispatch on time

• Ensure all picking, staging, and loading processes meet accuracy and load securement standards


Inventory Management and Accuracy

• Ensure alignment between physical inventory (warehouse floor) and system inventory (WMS) through close coordination with the Inventory Manager

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits

• Work in coordination with the Inventory Manager to maintain system accuracy and integrity

• Verify inbound shipments against manifests and purchase orders

• Assist in identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions

• Ensure proper handling and storage to minimize damage and loss

• Responsible for reducing product damage and loss through enforcement of proper handling techniques


Team Leadership and Staffing

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff

• Set priorities and work alongside team to meet production goals

• Coach employees and manage performance including corrective action


Safety and Compliance

• Maintain safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards

• Enforce proper equipment use and material handling practices

• Lead safety training and compliance adherence


Coordination with Logistics & Dispatch

• Partner with Logistics & Dispatch Manager to align warehouse execution with delivery schedules

• Ensure loads are accurate and ready for dispatch

• Maintain efficient staging and loading processes

• Communicate issues impacting delivery execution

• Maintain final responsibility for all outbound loads ensuring accuracy, product integrity, and proper securement for transit


Must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays, if needed, with travel to Miami HQ if needed.
