Job Description Payroll Specialist Part time, 25 hours per week Fishers, Indiana Contract - 2 months Duties Work alongside the current Payroll Specialist to learn payroll processes and responsibilities Process payroll using Dayforce for approximately 1,800 employees on a bi-weekly schedule Handle daily payroll and compensation forms Support heavy payroll processing on Mondays and payroll submission on Wednesdays Assist with payroll-related projects and other administrative tasks Help cover day-to-day payroll responsibilities while the team transitions and completes HRIS projects Requirements Previous payroll experience required Experience with Dayforce is preferred Strong Excel skills, including: Basic formulas (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Pivot Tables VLOOKUPs High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable handling confidential payroll information #ENG123
