Production Operator Location: Ames, IA Pay Rate: $19.50/hour Duration: 3–6 Month Assignment (Tryout) Potential for Hire: Yes – Opportunity to move into an FTE role for the right candidate Work Setting: Onsite – Production Floor (Physical Labor) Schedule Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Production Operator to support manufacturing operations at our Ames, IA facility. This role performs production activities related to the manufacturing of custom vitamin premixes, including weighing raw materials, operating production equipment, blending, packaging, quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attendance, mechanical aptitude, forklift experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
