Tomball Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is hiring a Parts Counter Representative to join our growing team. If youโ€™re customer-focused, organized, and ready to work in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to talk to you.

This position supports retail customers, service technicians, and the body shop by ensuring accurate and efficient parts sales and inventory management.


Responsibilities
  • Assist retail and service customers in selecting the correct parts in a professional and efficient manner

  • Answer incoming calls and provide accurate pricing and availability information

  • Pull and fill parts orders from stock

  • Review body shop estimates to confirm correct parts and pricing

  • Place special orders and source out-of-stock parts as needed

  • Notify customers and service advisors when ordered parts arrive

  • Maintain accurate billing on repair orders

  • Process payments and issue credits for returned parts

  • Track backorders and maintain organized will-call files

  • Support inventory replenishment and lost sales tracking

  • Maintain a clean, professional front and rear counter area

  • Participate in training and stay current on new products


Qualifications
