REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3 years of full-time property maintenance experience
Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a Department of Human Services background check
MORE ON THE ROLE:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll work both independently and as a team, to provide safe and supportive housing to individuals experiencing long-term homelessness or living with disabilities in an apartment setting. You will utilize your years of experience and knowledge by assisting our Property Manager.
You’ll travel to SLS properties to complete preventative and routine maintenance, help oversee remodels, apartment turns, and landscaping projects. You'll interact with team members and clients as you work within their offices and living spaces to maintain a well-kept property. You’ll join a team of energetic and driven individuals committed to improving the quality of life in our community!
