Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide training and coaching to 5S team volunteers Ensure Rapid Response Projects are completed on time and per procedure Provide report out monthly for Rapid Response Projects Host monthly meetings with the 5S team volunteers Communicate effectively with Plant Manager regarding projects, resource needs, and overall health of the 5S program Conduct weekly audits of 5S boards and LSW Maintain and distribute monthly 5S metrics Coordinate administrative activities for all 5S activities Coordinate 5S activities with other EVV departments Maintain standardization of the 5S program across all EVV departments Participate in shop floor level projects as appropriate Update documents and procedures as appropriate and agreed upon by other 5S Practitioners in EVV Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental and Department of Health requirements Complete Monthly GMP/HACCP Audits Maintain department Risk Assessments, Work Instructions and Form Control Documents in Compliant Pro. Understand ISO 9001:2015, IMS and SQF Code Edition 9 Standards Update department documents and procedures based on issues found in ISO/SQF/IMS Audits from our plant, other Amcor plants and all other external audits.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to motivate and lead groups and individuals in positive manner Experience in continuous improvement, 5S and/or Lean preferred
