Territory Sales Representative - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 52,500k/year - Gallatin, TN

  • AllSearch Recruiting has a client that is a U.S.-based manufacturer that produces premium truck bodies designed for landscaping, hauling, construction, equipment distribution, and agriculture. They are looking for a Territory Sales Representative that will grow the company with trailer sales nationwide. With headquarters in Tennessee and a nationwide dealer network, the organization has been consistently recognized as a top workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and expand a nationwide dealer network to drive sales coverage and market penetration.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly sales forecasts to support pipeline visibility and strategic planning.
  • Generate and maintain weekly prospective dealer reports to track business development activity.
  • Participate in daily sales meetings, contributing updates, insights, and pipeline progress.
  • Engage new leads daily and conduct timely follow-up with past leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Oversee product quality checks prior to shipment to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize returns.
  • Coordinate with production teams to monitor schedules and communicate accurate delivery timelines to customers.
  • Create detailed sales estimates, including product specifications and pricing, to provide accurate quotes for customers.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years successful sales experience (new business development is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of how to prioritize time and tasks in addition to managing a calendar and schedule flexibility
  • Responsible for developing one’s schedule to include confirmed introductions with new business opportunities

Compensation:

  • Base salary up to 52,500k/year (non-negotiable) plus 4% annual commission
  • Anticipated commission earnings: 25k - 60k/year annually
  • Sign on bonus: 180 days: 2,500; 365 days: 5,000
  • Company sponsored 401k plan; 100% match up to 6% of salary (after one year)
  • Medical, dental, vision plan – 50% sponsored (employee only) by Wil-Ro, Inc. (after 90 days)
  • Life insurance, 100% paid by company (after 90 days)
