Job description

Pick/Pack 3rd Shift (Union)

We are in search for a 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The Union Warehouse Worker will receive and put away product, pick and ship orders.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Receive and put away inbound receipts from vendors.
  • Pick outbound orders.
  • Provide general warehouse labor support.
  • Visually inspects products for defects, setting aside defective items to one side on a skid for the rework department.
  • Pack items in designated carton per customer orders.
  • Place identification labels on outbound shipments.
  • Report discrepancies to supervisor.
  • Additional duties or special projects as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Warehouse experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate.
  • Forklift, reach trucks and other D/C equipment operation experience preferred, but willing to train.
  • Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required lift up to 15-35lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs. Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours. Push/pull 100lbs. Ability to walk, climb, kneel, stoop, and balance frequently

This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors.
