As an Inbound Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for offloading inbound vendor products while checking for the quality and accuracy of the product. Product will be received against purchase orders and staged on shelves, floors, or racking lines to support efficient picking practices. The position includes assisting in other departments as needed.
Salary Overview:
The pay rate for this role starts at $19-21 per hour based on experience.
Hours:
The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 6am to 3:30pm.
Inbound Warehouse Associate Responsibilities include:
- Unload vendor trucks, receive products, and verify against purchase orders.
- Inspect, stock, rotate, and restock inventory following FIFO and Dock-to-Stock practices.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and resolve bin/part variances.
- Manage returns, trouble table items, and support quality control processes.
- Assist with order picking and cross-train across warehouse functions.
- Cross-train for other roles within the warehouse to maximize the efficiency of the team.
- Participate in physical inventory, daily huddles, and continuous improvement efforts.

- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
- Must be okay with walking and standing for extended periods.
