Job description

IBM BAW developer
Seeking an experienced IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow) professional to handle a mix of production support and development activities. The role involves troubleshooting live issues, ensuring system stability, and contributing to enhancements and new workflow implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 production support (60%) for IBM BAW applications, including incident resolution, defect fixes, and root cause analysis.
Monitor workflows, queues, and system performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
Handle service requests, deployments, and release support activities.
Contribute to design and development (40%) of workflows, services, and integrations using IBM BAW.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement enhancements and process improvements.
Maintain documentation, support SLAs, and participate in on-call rotations if required.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in IBM BAW / BPM (Business Process Management)
Hands-on in process modeling, coach framework, and integration services
Experience with Java, REST/SOAP APIs, and databases (SQL)
Exposure to production support environments (ticketing tools, incident management)
Good understanding of deployment, debugging, and performance tuning
Preferred:
