Primary Activities/Duties:
  • Assemble components and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks.
  • Perform visual checks to ensure parts and assemblies meet quality standards.
  • Package finished products and prepare them for shipment or further processing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 6-S and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift.
  • Lift 25-50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above shoulder level.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing assignments.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams in English.
  • Basic computer skills; ability to learn and use software systems as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Safety Requirements:
  • Wear safety-toed footwear
  • Safety glasses with side shields
  • Hearing protection
  • Other PPE as required.
Knowledge & Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus.

  • Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is helpful.
Work Environment:
  • Warehouse and manufacturing areas with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise.
