Job Description

Lead and drive Lean transformation initiatives across the organization by implementing continuous improvement strategies, facilitating process improvement events, and promoting operational excellence. Partner with business leaders to improve performance, standardize processes, and deploy Lean methodologies that enhance efficiency, quality, and business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across programs and functions.

  • Facilitate Lean workshops, Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), AIW, 3P, and process improvement activities.

  • Develop and deploy strategies to capture, replicate, and standardize best practices.

  • Utilize data analytics to identify improvement opportunities and measure results.

  • Support strategic planning and represent Lean initiatives during program reviews.

  • Develop training materials and coach teams on Lean principles and tools.

  • Lead process standardization, policy improvements, and capability assessments.

  • Drive culture transformation through continuous improvement methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience implementing Lean principles and driving business process improvements.

  • 5+ years of experience planning and facilitating Lean workshops (Kaizen, VSM, AIW, 3P, Process Mapping, BPSM).

  • Experience identifying value stream improvements and delivering measurable business results.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Project Management certification.

  • Knowledge of the Boeing Production System (BPS).

  • Experience with business case development, benefits realization, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement deployment.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience, Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
