To thrive as a 3M Coder, you need a solid understanding of medical terminology, ICD-10-CM/PCS coding systems, and a relevant certification such as CCS or CPC. Proficiency in 3M encoding software, electronic health records (EHRs), and hospital information systems is essential. Job description

Licensed Architect (Ultra-Luxury Residential), Miami, FL ($100k-125k plus $10k bonus)
We are a premier luxury real estate development firm specializing in ultra-high-end custom estates in exclusive communities throughout South Florida. Our portfolio includes waterfront mansions, architecturally significant residences, and world-class luxury properties built to the highest standards of craftsmanship and design.
POSITION SUMMARY:
We're hiring a mid-level Licensed Architect to lead the design and execution of custom luxury single-family residences. You'll work directly with principals, clients, consultants, and contractors to produce homes that are architecturally distinctive, technically rigorous, and built to last. This is a hands-on role with significant project ownership — not a production seat.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead design across all phases: programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting, bidding, and construction administration
  • Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings for custom single-family homes
  • Collaborate with structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and interior design consultants to coordinate a complete set of documents
  • Manage the permitting process with local jurisdictions, including zoning, HOA, and code review
  • Conduct site visits, respond to RFIs, review submittals, and support construction administration through project close-out
  • Work directly with the Davco principals to translate vision into buildable design
  • Create Moldboard and Interior Design Sets
  • Maintain project budgets, schedules, and design quality across multiple concurrent projects
  • Stay current on building codes, materials, sustainability practices, and luxury residential trends
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited program
  • Knowledge in Interior Design
  • Active architectural license in Florida (Texas a plus; willingness to pursue reciprocity required)
  • 5–8 years of professional experience, with a meaningful portion focused on custom single-family residential
  • Demonstrated portfolio of high-end residential work — ground-up custom homes, ideally in the $3M+ construction cost range
  • Proficiency in Revit (required), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape/Lumion or equivalent rendering tools, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Deep working knowledge of the Florida Building Code, including high-velocity hurricane zone requirements where applicable
  • Strong detailing skills and a refined design sensibility — clients will see the work
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to sophisticated clients and managing consultants
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing design quality or schedule control
NICE TO HAVE:
  • Experience with coastal construction, waterfront properties, or hurricane-resilient design
  • Familiarity with traditional, transitional, and contemporary architectural vocabularies (clients vary)
  • LEED AP or other sustainability credentials
  • Relationships with South Florida contractors, consultants, and municipal officials
  • Experience working in an owner/developer environment rather than a pure service firm
WHAT WE OFFER:
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
  • Performance bonus tied to project delivery and design quality
  • Direct exposure to principals and meaningful design ownership — your work, your name on it
  • A pipeline of well-capitalized projects with clients who care about design
