A 2nd shift weekend job typically refers to a work schedule where employees work during the second shift hours, usually in the afternoon and evening, on weekends. This may include hours such as 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays, depending on the employer. These roles are common in industries like manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and customer service, where operations continue beyond standard weekday hours.
