???? Responsibilities:
  • Perform in-person roof inspections and assess damage (must be able to climb roofs safely).

  • Deliver customized roofing solutions and close the deal with confidence and urgency.

  • Write and review contracts with precision and professionalism.

  • Track and manage all sales activity using our internal CRM system.

  • Follow up with leads and keep homeowners engaged from initial visit to job completion.

  • Communicate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


โœ… Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales/closing experience (door-to-door, B2C, in-home, solar, home improvement, etc.).

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Able to climb ladders and walk sloped roofs unassisted.

  • Strong tech skills โ€“ able to work with an iPad and CRM software.

  • Willing to work evenings/weekends to meet with homeowners.

  • Must be organized, punctual, and fully self-managed.

  • Valid driverโ€™s license, pass drug test/background check, and eligible to become a notary.

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
