Bander Operator
Shift: 2nd
Summary:
The Bander Operator position is responsible for banding and/or wrapping all finished goods in a manner to insure safe arrival to the customer. In addition, the operator will be trained in the proper operation of a sit down forklift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Will operate the Mosca Bander and Signode Wrapper with all safety guards in place.
  • Responsible for the general cleanliness of the equipment and the area around the equipment.
  • Responsible for verifying all counts, quantities and descriptions of materials being received, shipped, or warehoused.
  • Responsible for the accuracy and the timely completion of any paperwork associated with the movement of materials.
  • Assure that all materials are unitized in a manner to prevent damage.
  • Responsible for the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Overtime is required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
