Job description

Who We Are

At 181 Fremont, luxury is not simply a service standard — it is a living, breathing experience curated every day for some of the most accomplished and discerning residents in the world. We are seeking a highly sophisticated, culturally attuned, and operationally sharp leader to shape the social heartbeat of our community through elevated hospitality, exceptional events, and deeply personalized resident engagement.

This is not a traditional property management role. This is an opportunity to define and evolve the lifestyle identity of one of San Francisco’s premier residential properties.

The ideal candidate is equal parts host, curator, concierge, producer, relationship-builder, and operator. You are someone who understands that true luxury lives in the details — the perfectly timed champagne service, the impossible dinner reservation secured at the last minute, the thoughtful event concept that resonates emotionally with residents, and the ability to seamlessly execute at a high level while maintaining grace under pressure.

You will serve as the face of resident experiences at 181 Fremont and will have the creative freedom to conceptualize, build, and host a world-class lifestyle program designed to enrich residents’ lives, foster meaningful community, and elevate the brand identity of the property itself.

Compensation: $35.00- $40.00 Per Hour

Schedule:

Tuesday's & Thursday's; 12:00 PM- 8:30 PM

Monthly Sunday's; 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM

Open Availability \u007C 40 Hours Per Week \u007C Weeknights and Weekends for Community Events

Job Responsibilities:

The Resident Services Manager is responsible for curating, planning, producing, and hosting all resident-facing experiences at 181 Fremont. From intimate wine tastings and elegant Sunday brunches to large-scale community dinners, wellness activations, cultural programming, private resident events, and spontaneous moments of hospitality, this role owns the experience lifecycle from concept to execution.

This individual will also act as a lifestyle resource for residents — leveraging deep knowledge of San Francisco’s dining, hospitality, entertainment, wellness, and cultural landscape to provide elevated recommendations, secure reservations, source specialty items, and create unforgettable moments.

Success in this role requires creativity, polish, emotional intelligence, operational discipline, and a willingness to move fluidly between strategy and hands-on execution.

Resident Experience & Event Leadership

  • Curate and execute a robust calendar of luxury resident experiences, including:
      • Happy hours
      • Community dinners
      • Sunday brunches

      • Vendor sourcing
      • Budgeting
      • Food & beverage curation
      • Logistics and operations
      • Guest flow and ambiance
      • Onsite hosting and execution
      • Post-event analysis and reporting
  • Create experiences that resonate emotionally and intellectually with a highly accomplished and diverse resident base.
  • Continuously evolve programming based on resident engagement, feedback, analytics, and emerging lifestyle trends.

Resident Hospitality & Concierge-Level Service

  • Serve as the primary point person for elevated resident experiences within the building.
  • Assist residents with lifestyle-related requests and hospitality needs, including:
      • Restaurant recommendations and reservations
      • Private dining coordination
      • Local experiences
      • Entertainment and cultural suggestions
      • Specialty sourcing and vendor referrals
  • Support residents hosting private or unique events within the property.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with San Francisco restaurants, chefs, hospitality groups, wineries, retailers, and local businesses to unlock unique opportunities and experiences for residents.

Brand Representation & Community Building

  • Embody and elevate the 181 Fremont brand through professionalism, warmth, sophistication, and discretion.
  • Act as an engaging and visible presence within the community.
  • Build authentic relationships with residents and understand their preferences, personalities, and lifestyles.
  • Foster an environment that feels both deeply personal and exceptionally refined.

Operations, Analytics & Systems

  • Maintain detailed tracking and reporting of all resident engagement initiatives, event performance, budgets, participation metrics, and operational data.
  • Utilize software platforms and operational systems to measure effectiveness and rapidly iterate programming strategies.
  • Operate comfortably within a fast-paced, data-driven environment where adaptability and attention to detail are critical.
  • Analyze trends and resident engagement data to continuously improve the resident experience strategy.

Team & Property Support

  • Operate as part of a small, agile, highly collaborative onsite team.
  • Willingly step in wherever needed to support operational excellence across the property.
  • Assist with occasional front desk support, resident deliveries, event setup/breakdown, or other operational needs as they arise.
  • Maintain a hands-on mentality and a “no task is beneath me” approach to hospitality.

Local Engagement & Sourcing

  • Travel throughout San Francisco to source products, build vendor relationships, scout venues, and cultivate partnerships that elevate the resident experience.
  • Maintain strong awareness of the city’s evolving hospitality, culinary, wellness, and cultural landscape.
Who You Are:
  • Naturally charismatic and emotionally intelligent

  • Self-driven and comfortable operating autonomously
  • Able to engage confidently with highly accomplished individuals from a wide range of industries and backgrounds
  • Comfortable balancing refined hospitality with operational execution
  • Excited by the opportunity to shape and evolve a luxury lifestyle brand
  • You understand that luxury hospitality is both an art and a discipline.

  • Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • Previous experience in:
      • Luxury hospitality
      • High-end concierge services
      • Lifestyle management
      • Luxury residential operations
      • Event production or experiential marketing
  • Strong food & beverage knowledge, including wines and spirits
  • Deep familiarity with San Francisco’s restaurant and hospitality scene
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
