What are 180 jobs?

The term '180 jobs' typically refers to recruitment roles that focus solely on either candidate sourcing or client management, instead of handling both aspects. In a 180 recruitment role, a recruiter may concentrate on finding and screening candidates, while another team manages relationships with clients and job orders. This division allows recruiters to specialize in their strengths and streamline the hiring process. It contrasts with '360 recruitment' roles, where recruiters handle both candidates and clients. 180 roles are common in larger agencies or companies with specialized recruitment teams.
