Job description

Medical Front Desk Receptionist- Multi-specialty office.
We are looking for experienced, full-time Front Desk Receptionists to join our fast-paced, multi-specialty medical practice.  
Job Summary:
  • Patient registration.
  • Appointment scheduling.
  • Check-in and Check-out.
  • Answer phones.
  • Product/Service sales.
     
Skills:
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • and upbeat personality.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous.
  • Ability to multitask.
     
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
     
Training:
  • On-the-job training offered.
 
Requirements:
  • Flexible work schedule, with start times as early as 7:45 AM and end times as late as 6:30 PM, based on coverage needs. 
  • Reliable transportation. 
  • Travel to satellite offices- Ridgefield and Norwalk.

Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:45 AM and 6:30 PM. Work hours vary based on coverage needs. 
 
Compensation:
  • Salary based on experience.
  • $500 bonus after 6 months of employment.
