Job description

Picker/Packer – Warehouse Associate (Day Shift)

Location: North Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Shift: Day Shift (10-hour shifts)

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our warehouse team in North Las Vegas. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and prepare high-end garments for shipment while maintaining quality standards and meeting daily productivity goals. This position requires standing and walking for up to 10 hours per shift in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Pick customer orders accurately using an RF scanner.

  • Pack luxury garments according to company quality and packaging standards.

  • Print shipping labels and packing documentation using warehouse printers.

  • Use warehouse computer systems to process orders and verify inventory.

  • Inspect garments for quality and accuracy before packaging.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

  • Meet or exceed daily productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics.

  • Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred but not required.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate warehouse software.

  • Experience using RF scanners is preferred.

  • Ability to operate shipping label printers and related equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift.

  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.

  • Regular bending, reaching, stooping, and twisting throughout the workday.

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms.

  • Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse, where temperatures may vary depending on the season.

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

Employees are expected to consistently meet the following key performance indicators:

  • Order picking accuracy of 99% or higher

  • Packing accuracy of 99% or higher

  • Meet or exceed daily units picked and packed as assigned by management

  • Maintain low error rates, including mis-picks, incorrect packaging, and shipping mistakes

  • Consistently meet productivity goals throughout the shift

  • Follow all quality control procedures for handling high-end garments

  • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

  • Adhere to all safety policies with no preventable safety violations

Successful team members are dependable, work efficiently, maintain exceptional attention to detail, and consistently achieve productivity and quality goals while helping create an organized, safe, and positive warehouse environment.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour


Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
