Director, ACES

Full time Salaried 25 Chapel st, Brooklyn, NY, US

Salary: $95,000.00 Annually

Job Summary:

CASES is seeking a Director committed to advancing ACES’s mission across Brooklyn and Queens. The Education, Career and Enrichment department at CASES specializes in serving youth and young adults impacted by the criminal legal system and those impacted by violence.

The Assertive Community Engagement & Success (ACES) program serves young men ages 16-24. The program began with services to youth residing in East Harlem or the South Bronx who may not have started but can strive to overcome threatening environments and system involvement to find the path to success. The ECE department is in search of a director who will support the expansion of the ACES program to Brooklyn & Queens. This role will have the administrative responsibility to ensure the program model is implemented to fidelity, supervisors have adequate support to lead their teams and that our participants receive the care they deserve.
