Direct Support Professional - Community Living Specialist

North Star Community Services is seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. In this role, you'll support people with disabilities in their homes and communities, helping them stay engaged, build independence, and achieve their personal goals.

What You'll Do
  • Support individuals with disabilities in their homes

Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs with assistance
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

  • Sunday 9 pm - Monday 8:30 am
  • -Mondays 2 pm- 5pm
    -Mondays 2pm- 6 pm
    -Thursdays 5- pm7pm
    -Fridays 2 pm - 5:30 pm
  • Saturday 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm
