This is a full-time, commission-driven sales role designed for ambitious, competitive individuals striving to achieve $100k+ in annual income.
This opportunity is not part-time. We are looking for highly motivated self-starters prepared to embrace a challenging environment and build a successful business.
Our agents typically reach $100k+ earnings by their second or third year, with top producers earning between $150k and $200k+ annually.

We are also expanding into new markets, including Rusk County (Ladysmith, WI) and Jackson County (Black River Falls, WI).
Responsibilities
  • Convert inbound leads and work warm lead ponds
  • Daily prospecting and follow-up to build predictable income
  • Attend coaching and training sessions (scripts, business planning, accountability)
  • Hold buyer and seller appointments
  • Use our CRM and technology tools to stay organized and on track
  • Participate in open houses and brand-building activities
