Job description

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an Early Childhood Mental Health (ECMH) Counselor/Social Worker to join our Education department. The ECMH Counselor/Social Worker partners with pre-school centers, parents, and child welfare to provide education, consultation and support early identification for mental health services. Our school-based program provides evidence-based services to emotionally impaired students in our partnering school districts along with training and education to strengthen social and emotional learning skills for students. The Early Childhood Mental Health Counselor/Social Worker provides consultation and education services in school and preschool settings. The position will also provide parenting coaching in schools and homes.

Who you are:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in social work, or related field.
  • You have previous experience as a Counselor, Social Worker, Therapist, or Clinician.
  • You have an active Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT.
  • You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
