Job Summary:TSC is an industry leading Specialty Contractor providing Construction Crews and Management to install cellular equipment on communications structures. TSC is looking for a Construction Manager that will provide industry leading field support to TSC's Construction Management Teams to verify that all Crews and Crew Members are efficiently, effectively, and safely performing work in a manner consistent with TSC's Industry's Standards when working on cellular communication sites.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Field management position who will oversee assigned company and customer projects and be responsible for meeting company/customer goals.
  • Provide oversight to crews during construction on all assigned construction projects in the field.
  • Ensuring safety compliance is a top priority.
  • Conducting on site safety audits.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company construction standards, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide a positive work environment for all employees, customers, and contractors.
  • Actively participate in the development of new ideas and processes.
