We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our expansion throughout the Greater Boston market by developing relationships with owners, developers, and property management companies of high-rise residential communities.
This is a highly visible role with significant earning potential, uncapped commissions, and outstanding opportunities for career advancement.
Business Development Manager โ€“ Multifamily Residential Responsibilities:
ย 
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with multifamily property owners, developers, REITs, and property management companies throughout the Greater Boston market.
  • Develop relationships with C-level executives, ownership groups, asset managers, and regional property managers.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and property tours to educate prospective customers on Natural Wireless' building-wide Internet and managed Wi-Fi platform.
  • Negotiate long-term service agreements and successfully close new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Represent Natural Wireless at industry networking events, conferences, and trade association meetings.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, legal, and executive leadership to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
