Vybe is looking for a motivated Wireless Sales Associate to join our Columbus team. This is an opportunity for a people-focused sales professional who understands that great sales start with an exceptional customer experience.


As a Wireless Sales Associate, you’ll connect our customers with wireless products and services that fit their needs and guide them through the sales process from start to finish. We hold ourselves to high standards, and we expect every customer interaction to be professional, informative, and positive.


Wireless Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner
  • Learn about each customer’s needs and recommend appropriate wireless products and services
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, pricing, and available options
  • Build trust and develop strong customer relationships
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout every stage of the sales process
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals
