Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Multiple Locations Across Michigan, Ohio & Oregon
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
  • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC)
  • Provide airway management and perioperative pain management
  • Monitor patients throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance standards
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

  • Self-scheduling with 8- or 12-hour shifts
  • Part-time, full-time, W2 hospital-employed or 1099 options
  • Practice across Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Surgery Center
  • Wide case mix: ENT, ortho, general surgery, neuro, GYN, urology, low-risk OB
  • Care team model with equitable call schedule

Compensation & Benefits? 1099 Option
  • $190/hour base rate
  • +$5/hour regional blocks stipend
  • +$5/hour pediatrics stipend
  • Up to $200/hour total
  • Estimated annual compensation: $325,000 โ€“ $345,000 (full-time equivalent)
? Hospital-Employed W2 Option
  • Base salary: $238,000 โ€“ $260,000 (based on experience)
  • OB stipend: $5,000
  • Pediatrics stipend: $5,000
  • Regional blocks stipend: $5,000
  • Signing bonus / student loan support: up to $100,000 over 5 years
  • Retirement plan: 403(b) with employer match (approx. 4% from year 2)
  • CME, licensing & professional fees: $4,000 allowance
  • Vacation: up to 8 weeks (320 hours)
  • Paid holidays + birthday pay
  • Overtime: $200/hour
  • Call pay: up to $1,200/day (varies by site)
