About the Role

The Operations Manager is accountable for the performance of a defined operational function through Supervisors and multiple frontline teams. This role translates organizational goals into functional operating plans, establishes priorities, allocates resources, and ensures consistent achievement of productivity, quality, service, client experience, and compliance expectations.

The Operations Manager develops frontline leaders, manages operational performance and risks within the assigned function, and improves workflows to support reliable and efficient execution. This role coordinates dependencies with partner teams and implements broader organizational initiatives within the function. Matters requiring multi-function strategy, organizational redesign, broader governance, or structural resolution are escalated to senior leadership.

Your Key Contributions
  • Lead and develop Supervisors, providing coaching, direction, performance management, and accountability.
  • Own the operational performance of a defined function, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, service, compliance, and client experience goals.
  • Translate organizational objectives into functional operating plans, priorities, and measurable performance expectations.
  • Establish, monitor, and evaluate functional KPIs; use operational data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize workflows and operational processes within the assigned function to improve efficiency, consistency, and service delivery.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, workload, and resource allocation to meet operational demands within the function.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, workflow bottlenecks, and resource constraints within the assigned function; elevate broader organizational risks as appropriate.
  • Resolve complex operational and cross-team issues within the function while ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Partner with other functional leaders to coordinate operational dependencies and implement approved organizational initiatives within the assigned function.
  • Develop Supervisors and strengthen frontline leadership capability through coaching, performance feedback, and talent development.
  • Ensure consistent application of organizational policies, operating procedures, and performance standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of functional experience in operations, legal operations, client services, or a related business function.
  • 2-4 years of experience leading people or operational teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing operational performance, key performance indicators, staffing, resource allocation, workflow execution, and continuous improvement within a defined function.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop frontline leaders and drive accountability through Supervisors.
  • Experience using operational metrics, dashboards, and performance data to make decisions and improve functional outcomes.
  • Experience coordinating operational dependencies and implementing cross-functional initiatives within an assigned function.
  • Experience working in a process-driven, service-oriented, or production environment preferred.

  • Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm Eastern Time Onsite in Dublin Office
Compensation

The expected salary for this role is $80,000-$98,000, though the final offer will reflect several factors such as your experience, skills, and the role's location and may be outside of this range. Candidates should expect offers that reflect their individual qualifications, experience, and location. The salary provided is directional, and actual compensation may vary.
