We support a powerhouse of essential service brands-including Mr. Rooter, Mr. Electric, Rainbow Restoration, and AireServ-across Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. If you are looking for a stable, high-energy team where your Excel skills can truly shine, we want to hear from you!

We believe in taking care of our team from the very start. At Trades Holding Company, you don't have to wait to feel secure.
Pay: $21.00-$23.00/HR
  • Day One Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage start on your first day.
  • Weekly Pay: Get paid every Monday-no more waiting two weeks for your hard-earned money.
  • Retirement: 401(k) plan with up to a 4% company match.
  • Work-Life Balance: Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)
What You'll Do
As a Revenue Operations Associate, you are the engine behind our financial accuracy.
  • Commission & Payroll: Execute full-cycle commission calculations and payroll processing for our multi-state service teams.
  • Data Integrity: Audit daily revenue reports to ensure all service calls, parts, and labor are accounted for correctly.
  • Excel Mastery: Utilize advanced Excel functions to manage large datasets, track KPIs, and streamline reporting.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with HR and Operations to resolve pay discrepancies.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Payroll Knowledge: You have a solid foundation in payroll principles and understand commission structures.
  • The Math Whiz: You have a "detective" mindset and enjoy the challenge of complex calculations.
  • The Tech Savvy: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with Excel being your second language (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are your best friends).
  • The Local Professional: You are comfortable working 100% in-office at our Blacklick headquarters.
About Trades Holding Company
Founded in 1994, we are the largest Mr. Rooter franchisee in the region. With nearly 400 employees across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, we provide a stable, professional "home base" for tradespeople. We believe in fostering a journey from apprenticeship all the way to retirement.
