If you've worked in promotions, events, hospitality, retail sales, customer service, fitness, entertainment, or any role where your personality is your superpower, this could be the perfect fit.

Pay: $25 per hour

Schedule: 5-6 hours per day, 5 days per week, including potential weekend or holiday shifts

Location: Travel as needed to local and national events as scheduled

Required: Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

This role is perfect for people who enjoy being on the move, meeting new people every day, and getting paid to create engaging brand experiences.

We're Looking for Brand Ambassadors Who Are:

  • Outgoing, energetic, and charismatic, with a natural ability to connect with people
  • Confident communicators who enjoy starting conversations and building rapport
  • Professional, reliable, and comfortable representing a premium brand
  • Adaptable and self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Detail-oriented and committed to following compliance requirements
  • Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and driving engagement

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and engaging consumer experience
  • Verify age eligibility before engaging consumers
  • Educate adult consumers about premium tobacco products and promotions
  • Administer surveys and collect consumer insights
  • Distribute approved promotional materials and coupons
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and asset management
  • Maintain professionalism and compliance throughout each activation
  • Accurately report event results and consumer engagement metric

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable engaging large numbers of consumers
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and special events
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors when required
  • Previous event marketing, hospitality, promotional marketing, or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a proven ability to embrace challenges and contribute to team success
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Work Environment
