Talent Acquisition Partner, Tosoh America, Grove City, OH 

Reporting Relationships 

The Talent Acquisition Partner reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Acts as a partner, consultant, and advisor to management by developing and driving strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market. Recruitment efforts include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and developing a talent pipeline to hire talent within the business. 

  • Leverages all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events. 

  • Acts as the subject matter expert to provide quality candidates for niche or hard-to-fill roles. 

  • Ensures an impressive candidate experience with thorough communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness and effective interview format. 

  • Ensures consistency in candidate process, in compliance with EEOC/OFCCP guidelines and Tosoh standards. 

  • Ensures successful placements by consulting with candidates on navigating the interview process, negotiating pay and position expectations, and communicating regularly with employees to monitor and maintain satisfaction. 

  • Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns. 

  • Proactively leading internal relationships with hiring managers and leaders to meet needs and give continuous feedback on what is/is not working and makes changes as needed. 

  • Collaborates with HR Managers to ensure the talent acquisition efforts are meeting strategic needs, and that combined objectives are achieved. 

  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance. 

  • Upholds and adheres to the Tosoh America culture and Guiding Principles. 

  • Exhibits positivity and flexibility when assigned a new task or project. 

Education 

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred. 

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, preferred. 

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in strategic talent acquisition required. 

  • Experience with medical, technical, manufacturing, and production management, recruiting preferred. 

  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, and federal and state respective employment laws. 

  • Demonstrated Administrator experience utilizing HRIS Application Tracking Systems.
