This person will supportvarious project types within our functionacross new stores,remodels, refreshes, and special projects.This person's primary focus is onverifying and managing MEP systems, ensuring they are designed in compliance withour design guidelines and coordinated within our construction documents.This person mustpossessstrong communicationskills,project management skills, andbe willing to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with others.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Review tenant criteria manuals for MEP requirements

  • Collaborate with Designers & Design Engineer to reviewsite surveys and existing tenant drawings

  • Work with cross functional partners to ensure MEP drawings are clear,efficientand constructible

  • Support Designersand Design Engineerincommunication with3rd partyArchitectural & Engineeringconsultants and HVAC Commissioning Vendors

  • Coordinate withHVAC vendors to specifyequipment andreview submittals

  • Coordinate with controls vendors to designcontrol systemsand review shop drawings

  • Provide technical support during construction on RFIsand during HVAC commissioning and startup

  • HelpmaintainMEP Design Standards, Master Construction Documents, and MEP processes. Continually evaluates processes and ways to find efficiency

  • Support store design project workflowby meetingproject deadlines

  • Work cross functionally with multipleproject stakeholdersincluding Store Design, Construction, Real Estate, Procurement, and Maintenance

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related experience

  • Basic knowledge of HVAC and controls systems

  • Basic knowledge of electrical distribution systems

  • Basic knowledge of plumbing components

  • Basic knowledge ofconstruction drawings

  • Must be able to multitask and work on several projects at once, all in various stages of the design/constructionprocess
