Position Overview

As an RN, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, overseeing nursing staff, and ensuring residents' medical and personal needs are met in a comfortable, supportive setting.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized resident care plans.

  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments; monitor and document vital signs and health status.

  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to maintain optimal care delivery.

  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and families to coordinate care and provide health education.

  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations, respond to emergencies, and support continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications
  • Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio.

  • Strong clinical skills, excellent decision-making ability, and strong organizational skills.

  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach with proven leadership skills.

  • Strong communication skills and full respect for privacy/confidentiality.
