This is your chance to make a profound difference while elevating your career in a city that thrives on innovation, culture, and a friendly community vibe.
We are looking for a full-time, licensed OTR/L to become a vital part of a dynamic therapy team that prioritizes creativity, collaboration, and results. This role beckons both seasoned professionals and those embarking on their journey, offering the unique opportunity to engage in impactful work in an environment that celebrates individuality and resilience.

  • Collaborate with Multi-Disciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and integrated care.
  • Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic methods that support continued progress outside of the clinical setting.
  • Track and Review Progress: Monitor clinical results and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track.
Education
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Ongoing education or credentials for advanced certifications are encouraged and supported.

  • Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
Skills
  • A genuine enthusiasm for helping others achieve their utmost independence.
  • Strong, empathetic communication skills with patients and colleagues alike.
  • Creative thinking and adaptability to meet diverse patient needs.
  • Confidence in working both independently and as part of an integrated team.
Benefits
  • A nurturing, collaborative environment with ample growth opportunities.
  • Full-time work schedule with flexible shift options.
  • Access to clinical mentorship and professional development resources.
  • Utilization of state-of-the-art tools, facilities, and documentation systems.
  • Opportunities to participate in quality improvement and innovative initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing
As an Occupational Therapist in this inspiring city, you will do more than address immediate health challenges; you will help restore routines, rebuild patient confidence, and revive joy in their everyday experiences. Whether you're assisting patients recovering from strokes by enhancing fine motor skills or helping post-surgery orthopedic patients regain mobility, your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering person-centered care that promotes independence and resilience.
Here, we value individualized approaches over algorithms and checklists. Each patient represents a unique narrative, and every therapy session contributes to their ongoing journey. You will collaborate with fellow therapists, medical professionals, and social services to co-design rehabilitation strategies tailored to the specific needs of every individual.
Why You'll Adore the Team - and the City That Inspires You
What we have cultivated within our team is truly special. Our rehabilitation professionals do not just clock in and out; we uplift one another, exchange knowledge, and celebrate victories-both big and small. You will discover an environment where your contributions matter, your personal growth is encouraged, and your work has a tangible impact on the lives of those we serve.
And the location? Columbus, Ohio, a city that happily balances progress with playfulness. Forget about crowded urban sprawls-this city boasts idyllic parks, vibrant arts districts, and unique neighborhoods bursting with character. Here, food culture flourishes with everything from farm-to-table dining to eclectic food festivals, and the community thrives on creativity in its art, music, and local craftsmanship.
Explore vintage boutiques, discover local music hotspots, and immerse yourself in a scene where innovation meets tradition, all while enjoying a pace of life that allows you to savor every moment, whether it's a leisurely stroll through a blooming park or a spontaneous get-together with friends.
Who We're Looking For
We seek an individual who views occupational therapy as more than just a job-it's a true calling. Someone who feels exhilarated when witnessing a patient regain strength, mobility, or the ability to express themselves after a challenging time.
Whether you are a seasoned OTR/L or a newly certified professional, if you approach your work with sincerity, energy, and humility, you'll thrive in our community. If you envision a career that marries quality care with a rich, fulfilling lifestyle, you have found your destination.
Let's Create Meaning Together
This is your door to engage with something far greater than a mere job. Here, your contributions will shape lives, fuel healing journeys, and help restore what was once lost-all in a city renowned for its balance of vigor and tranquility.
So, if you're ready to evolve, contribute, and become part of a community that truly cares - we eagerly await your arrival!
