However, services are also rendered in our outpatient office in Glendale, Arizona, where collaboration with a multidisciplinary team enhances the therapeutic experience. Our work culture is collegial and supportive, focused on your professional growth and success. You will have access to telemedicine options, enabling you to connect with clients in their preferred environments and ensuring continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring approaches are aligned with the latest mental health research.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting methods to fit client needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care, engaging in case discussions and treatment planning.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, workshops, and industry seminars to stay informed on emerging trends in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at Revive and Thrive, you will work with a broad range of clients experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges. This includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse challenges. Your practice will prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their concerns and develop coping mechanisms for real-world application.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
  • Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and related technologies for documentation and client management.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization or experience in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience using teletherapy and technology in a therapeutic setting.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and more.
