You will work onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Phoenix, Arizona. Our facility is designed to foster healing and collaboration among healthcare professionals. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients requiring Physical Therapy, specifically focusing on children, to assess their individual needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that align with patient goals, utilizing a combination of innovative therapies and techniques.
• Regularly reassess patients’ clinical signs and symptoms to gauge treatment effectiveness, monitor progress, and adjust therapies as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families about the treatment process, providing support and guidance to navigate the challenges of recovery.
• Achieve and uphold minimum utilization goals while contributing to other business objectives to drive the success of the therapy department.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and professionals within our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients receiving multiple services.
• Act as an ambassador for Revive Motion Therapeutics, embodying our core values and promoting a culture of enthusiasm and wellness.

In this role, you will work primarily with a young patient demographic, including children with diverse needs ranging from developmental delays to sports injuries. Your commitment to providing compassionate care will significantly influence the patients and families you interact with, thereby transforming their rehabilitation experience. The ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is an advantage, as we serve a linguistically diverse community.

• A Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and unrestricted licensure by the Board of Physical Therapy in Arizona is essential to practice.
• Openness to conducting both in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatments where appropriate to meet patient needs.
• A strong desire and passion for working with a varied patient population, respecting and valuing diversity in age, race, and ethnicity.
• Flexibility and adaptability in response to the evolving nature of healthcare practices and protocols.
• A collaborative mindset, prioritizing teamwork and a customer-focused approach to care delivery.

• Experience working with pediatric populations and comprehensive understanding of childhood developmental milestones.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and proficiency in documentation practices.
• Previous experience in a multidisciplinary clinic setting is a plus, highlighting a collaborative approach to patient care.

Revive Motion Therapeutics offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
