Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
• Complete necessary documentation promptly, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing workflow efficiency.
• Employ evidence-based screening tools as part of the clinical assessment process to identify client needs and potential interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans and interventions that facilitate client success.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending conferences and training to enhance your skills and contribute to the agency’s mission.
• Serve as a bridge to state agencies and community partners, fostering relationships that enhance resource accessibility for clients.
• Maintain open communication with clients and colleagues, ensuring clarity in treatment objectives and progress updates.
• Participate actively in agency meetings and quality assurance processes to support the mission of Revive and Thrive.
• Promote agency values by integrating them into daily practices and relations with clients, colleagues, and the community.
• Assume additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the operational needs of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Revive and Thrive, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, those in recovery from substance use, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your expertise will help clients navigate their personal struggles, fostering resilience and healthy coping mechanisms.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage clinical records and prepare essential reports.
• Strong capability to collaborate effectively in interdisciplinary teams and communicate ideas clearly.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent, professional decisions in client care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a telehealth setting preferred, as familiarity with digital therapy platforms can enhance client interaction.
• Prior involvement in community mental health services or crisis intervention will be advantageous.
• Background in working with diverse populations and familiarity with cultural competencies within mental health care.
