Our small team consists of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, fostering close collaboration and support among our staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their specific goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Manage a targeted caseload, providing one-on-one sessions with each patient for personalized attention and care.
• Implement effective treatment strategies that promote mobility, strength, and overall physical health.
• Develop and execute individualized care plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, exercise protocols, and innovative techniques.
• Educate patients on alternative methods to reduce reliance on medications and avoid unnecessary surgical interventions.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated patient care.
• Monitor patient progress through thorough documentation and regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Revive Physiotherapy Solutions, you will predominantly serve clients seeking orthopedic rehabilitation. Our patients range from athletes recovering from sports injuries to individuals rehabilitating from post-surgical procedures. This diverse client focus allows for the application of varied treatment techniques tailored to meet individual patient goals, ensuring a fulfilling and impactful practice.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a requirement for a Master's degree (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) preferred.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions related to the license.
• Strong proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol development.
• Comfortable using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, especially WebPT, for patient documentation and management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable, preferably with a focus on sports medicine.
• Experience in developing tailored fitness and wellness programs for diverse client needs.
• A proven track record of helping patients achieve functional goals and improve their quality of life.

Compensation and Benefits
