As a Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and assessing the physical capabilities of patients to develop tailored treatment plans addressing their specific needs.
• Implementing and modifying therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to optimize recovery.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, which includes physicians and support staff, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously, including evaluating treatment efficacy and making necessary adjustments based on outcomes.
• Providing educational resources and guidance to patients and their families on post-treatment care and recovery strategies.
• Participating in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness, and potentially lead educational workshops.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff, including Physical Therapist Assistants and other healthcare aides.

To be considered for the Physical Therapist position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in computer and documentation systems.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients from diverse backgrounds.

While not mandatory, the following experience will enhance your application:

• Previous experience in an outpatient clinic setting.
