Responsibilities
- Convert consultations into treatment bookings, packages, and product sales.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a small sales team and front desk staff to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
- Manage patient inquiries, follow-ups, and CRM updates to maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop upselling and cross-selling strategies for treatments and skincare products.
- Monitor sales performance, track progress, and suggest strategies to improve conversion.
- Collaborate with nurses and practitioners to ensure seamless and personalized client experiences.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a spa, clinic, or service-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Experience leading or coordinating a team to achieve targets.
- Highly organized, professional, and reliable.
- Knowledge or background in aesthetics, cosmetics, or beauty services is a plus.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $3,000 per month
- Commission: Uncapped, performance-based
