Responsibilities
  • Convert consultations into treatment bookings, packages, and product sales.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a small sales team and front desk staff to meet daily and monthly sales goals.
  • Manage patient inquiries, follow-ups, and CRM updates to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop upselling and cross-selling strategies for treatments and skincare products.
  • Monitor sales performance, track progress, and suggest strategies to improve conversion.
  • Collaborate with nurses and practitioners to ensure seamless and personalized client experiences.

Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in a spa, clinic, or service-based environment.
