Job description

Responsibilities
  • Perform injectable treatments such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PDO Threads and other aesthetic procedures in accordance with state regulations and medical protocols.
  • Conduct thorough client consultations in-person and virtual to understand aesthetic goals, assess suitability for treatments, and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Educate clients on procedures, pre- and post-treatment care, and set realistic outcomes.
  • Ensure safe and effective administration of treatments, adhering to best practices and medical standards.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health and safety protocols, including sanitation and sterilization practices.
  • Adhere to medical spa policies, local/state regulations, and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all client treatments and follow-up care in the medical record system.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
  • Participate in training sessions and stay current with new techniques, products, and trends in medical aesthetics.
  • Recommend and educate clients on skincare products, services, and packages that complement their treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada.
  • Certification or additional training in administering injectables (e.g., neurotoxins and dermal fillers) required.
  • IV Hydration skills, a plus.
  • Advanced certifications in aesthetic procedures (e.g., PDO threads, PRP, Laser Therapy, Meso-therapy) preferred.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred).
  • Professional liability insurance coverage (may be required).
  • Minimum of 2 years as an advanced injector required.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of hands‑on experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting.
  • Proven track record/portfolio of performing procedures such as: Neurotoxin injections (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Daxxify, Jeuveau), Dermal fillers (cheeks, lips, chin, jawline, under-eye, temples), Bio‑fillers (PRP/PRF), advanced regenerative injectables for skin rejuvenation and PDO thread lifts (nonsurgical facelift with Cogs, Bards, and/or Collagen sutures).
  • Optional: Experience with laser treatments, skin tightening, and IV therapy is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess facial anatomy, balance, and client goals to create personalized treatment plans.
  • CME/CE in nonsurgical treatments and medical aesthetics required.
  • Strong portfolio of before-and-after work preferred as injectors.
  • Sales experience strong plus.
  • Social Media Savvy for industry is required for related content/showcasing/education purposes.
