One common challenge in remote training material development is maintaining clear communication and alignment with subject matter experts and stakeholders who may be in different locations or time zones. This can lead to misunderstandings or delays in content review and feedback. To overcome this, it's important to establish regular check-ins, use collaborative tools (like shared documents and project management platforms), and set clear deadlines.
