Job Title:Electrical Maintenance EngineerDepartment:Administration and Planning | FOD Operations Support

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer, oversees contractor performance and ensures compliance with service and preventive maintenance agreements for generators, electrical systems, ATS units, storage tanks, and related infrastructure.

Primary duties include:

  • Coordinating required inspections and testing (generator load bank testing, ATS testing, vibration analysis, arc flash, thermal imaging).
  • Performing indepth asset reviews, analyzing oil, fuel, and coolant reports, and recommending corrective actions based on findings.
  • Manages documentation for underground storage tanks and master meter systems.
  • Collaborates with vendors and partners such as ENGIE, FOD Central Maintenance, FOS Zones, OSU Design and Construction.
  • Routes repair work appropriately.
  • Maintains compliance with NFPA 70B and PUCO audit requirements, and performs advanced electrical troubleshooting as needed.
  • May also support additional functions within the Maintenance Engineering Team, including preventive maintenance programs, asset management, and contract management.

This position typically works 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with schedule adjustments possible based on operational demands.

Additional Information:

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

The target hiring range for this job profile is $75,700 - $98,900. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
