Acloche is seeking a self-motivated and energetic candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal applicant will possess basic math skills, demonstrate dependability, and be capable of working effectively both in a team and independently.
Primary duties of the Member Service Representative include:
• Assist customers with routine account-related requests such as funds transfers, automatic payments, stop payments, and bank deposits.
• Managing and responding to customer complaints
• Handling debit card inquiries and assisting with online banking, check orders and other services
• Greet customers and identify their needs, answering inquiries and discussing banking terms.
• Answer inbound calls and emails
• Review transactions for customers
• Handle cash to and from customers
Requirements of the banking include:
• Must be willing to work on weekends IF it becomes needed.
• Must have excellent reading and writing skills
• Must have cash handling skills
• Must have customer service experience
• Must have attention to detail
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be energetic and confident
Hours: 1st Shift 8:45am-5:15pm
Pay rate: $15
