Screen Machine Industries LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Dealer Business Manager to lead and enhance our dealer relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our dealer network, driving sales performance, and ensuring our dealers are well-equipped to promote and sell our products. Your strategic vision and hands-on approach will be crucial in fostering long-term partnerships and achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the dealer network and increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, providing support and resources to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate dealer performance, offer training, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and dealer performance data to inform decision-making and drive business growth- identify and purse new market opportunities
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that support dealers in maximizing their sales potential.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to represent the company and engage with potential dealers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Dealer Business Manager or similar role in the equipment or manufacturing industry (minimum 5 years)
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel frequently/ monthly to meet with dealers and attend trade events.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
