Responsibilities
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Track tasks and activities in provided technology
  • Schedule appointments with new leads
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings, then market home and negotiate offers
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, then identify homes and negotiate offers
  • Conduct 3-4 open houses monthly
  • Participate in weekly script practice, 1:1 coaching session, trainings and Partner call
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Licensed real estate professional
  • At least 1 year of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded
  • Organized and have excellent time management skills
  • Willing to learn talking scripts/dialogues
