What Transformation Management Office contributes to Cardinal Health
Transformation enables the organization to drive complex and transformational programs through disciplined project/program management and change management strategies.
Transformation Management Office is responsible for the design, build, project planning, prioritization and implementation of function-wide transformation programs. This job family will maintain transformation roadmaps and ensure visibility and accountability for commitments and deliverables. The Transformation Management Office designs and delivers business analysis and process optimization over Shared Services and Partner information, optimizing and enabling people, process, and systems. This job family is the liaison for Cardinal strategic initiatives associated with M&A activity, IT engagements and audit/control risk.
Job Summary
The Global Process Manager in the Transformation Management Office is responsible for leading global process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives across Cardinal Health. This role manages end-to-end process ideation, funding, roadmap development, and supports execution through partnership with cross-functional teams. The position plays a key role in standardizing policies and driving measurable outcomes across multiple business units and geographies.
Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic ideation, planning, and funding of transformation initiatives.
  • Define and manage global process roadmaps aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Develop business cases and BRDs for prioritized projects.
  • Lead large-scale transformation projects across business units and geographies.
  • Collaborate with execution teams to ensure successful delivery of funded initiatives.
  • Provide process support across multiple business units.
  • Standardize processes and policies, driving continuous improvement across functional silos and geographic boundaries.
  • Manage outcomes (financial, quality, risk, and compliance) for all process design and implementation changes.
  • Identify, prioritize, and recommend technology and process-related investments to decision-making bodies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 8-12 years of experience, preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation projects, preferred
  • Strong background in process improvement and cross-functional leadership, preferred
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive enterprise alignment
  • Self-starter with the ability to proactively identify and pursue work independently
  • Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
  • Ability to facilitate discussions effectively without being a subject matter expert
  • Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodology, preferred
  • Skilled in KPI development, process mapping, and strategic planning, preferred
  • Experience working in a global and offshore environment, preferred

Location
  • Ideal candidate will need to be able to work a hybrid schedule - coming into the Dublin, OH office several times a month.
