Job description

Location: Remote / Near Major International Airport / Ideally Midwest or Central location (with 80-100% travel required)

Capsa Healthcare is a global leader committed to advancing healthcare through innovative products and solutions. Join a team dedicated to supporting clinicians and healthcare organizations with best-in-class products and services—helping to make a real difference in patient care.

About this Role:

The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for the successful installation and commissioning of Capsa - RoboPharma robotic automation and conveyance systems in pharmacy central fulfillment centers. This role requires a deep understanding of automation technology, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage complex installations. This is a hands-on engineering role at the heart of the installation – configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing automation hardware, PLCs, controls, and software until the system runs the way it should. The ideal candidate is an engineer who genuinely likes to fix things – someone who is drawn to root cause and repair – but who stays focused on schedule and gets the job done.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing automation solutions and possess a hybrid of healthcare/pharmacy/technology knowledge and mechanical aptitude. This role is responsible for monitoring teams to ensure onsite installation timelines are being met, processes followed, staying alert for risk, and resolving issues as they arise. The successful contributor for this position must be able to execute standard project management processes, deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the highest quality implementation for our customers.

If you are ready to make a difference and help shape the future of healthcare, apply now!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the installation and commissioning of robotic automation and conveyance systems in central fulfillment centers

  • Document installation procedures, configurations, and any modifications made during the project
